Fifty-Seventh Construction Update

Welcome to our latest construction update.

In recent months, we've primarily shared progress through photos without detailing specific tasks. This update will offer a deeper look into our current activities and next steps.

We're now working on finishing the last building works and installations. The internal framework for the elevator shaft is advancing smoothly, and we're preparing for the elevator company's inspection next week. Once this inspection is complete, they will proceed with the elevator installation. At the same time, we are finalizing the floor tiling in the stairwells and hallways, with completion expected within one and a half weeks. Work on the reception area is also progressing, with the structure for the front door complete. A custom-built, large glass door will be installed in the coming weeks. The rooftop pool experienced slight delays due to pending glass installations from the factory; however, all glass panels and doors are now in place. We're now moving onto the final stage, which is landscaping and furnishings.

Regarding utilities, CFE is scheduled to connect our transformer this Saturday, which will transition us from provisional electricity to a permanent supply. Each apartment has its own electrical meter installed. Additionally, the building's water pump will be arriving from Merida soon. Aguakan is ready to connect us to the main water supply, with only the water pump installation remaining.
