Second Construction Update

We are back with our second construction update on the auspicious occasion of the Full Moon in Virgo. It symbolizes hard work, attention to detail, and practicality.

We are delighted to report that the pilings installation process is complete! We have finished drilling all ten holes, and the concrete and steel pilings are now securely in place.

In Mexican culture, placing coins into concrete during construction is believed to bring blessings and protection to the building and its residents. We’re honored to continue this tradition by placing coins in our pilings’ concrete and hope it will bring positive energy and good fortune to all who call Luna home.
Today, we have started excavating to prepare the site for the building’s foundation. The excavation process will involve using heavy machineries such as bulldozers and excavators to remove the soil, rocks and other materials from the building site. The foundation of the building will then be built on top of the excavated area, which will provide a stable base for the structure.

Did you know?

Mexico is the birthplace of chocolate. The ancient Mesoamericans, including the Aztecs and Mayans, first cultivated cacao plants and made a bitter drink from the beans. This early form of chocolate was considered a luxury item and was often consumed during religious ceremonies or given as a gift to important figures. Today, Mexico remains a top producer of cacao beans and is renowned for its delicious chocolate.

As always, we will keep you updated on our progress, and the next update will be on the New Moon.

Warmest wishes,

Luna Residences Team
