Welcome to our final construction update for 2024.

As the year wraps up, we’ve encountered both challenges and successes, but we’re pleased with how far we’ve come. Many of our workers went home for the holidays in the past few weeks. This is usually the slowest period in construction. However, we’ve continued making progress on both the interior and exterior of the building.

We’re glad to report that our European kitchens arrived at the port of Veracruz on December 23 and are now at the warehouse in Cancún. We’re also nearly finished with our showroom and look forward to showing you the loft apartment once it’s fully ready.

Starting January 2, our team will be back at full capacity and ready to move forward. Thank you for your patience and support this year. Here’s to a strong finish for 2024 and an even better start in the new year!
