Fortieth Construction Update
Welcome to our latest construction update!
Over the last few weeks, we’ve been working across the entire rooftop, and we are happy to share that concrete has been poured for both the main rooftop pool and the penthouse pool. This moves us one step closer to completing the outdoor areas that will soon become a great space for relaxation.
We’ve also made good progress inside. Air conditioning wiring and tubing have been installed on the first three levels of apartments. Tiling is moving along, and our cabinet makers are ready to go—once the remaining work is finished, they’ll install cabinets and doors.

Did you know?
Mexico’s Independence Day, celebrated on September 16, marks the start of the Mexican War of Independence from Spain in 1810. The celebration begins the night before with the Grito de Dolores, a reenactment of the famous call to arms by Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, a Catholic priest, in the town of Dolores. This event is now commemorated with the President of Mexico ringing the bell from the National Palace, followed by patriotic speeches, fireworks, and celebrations across the country.

As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the new moon in a few weeks.
With love,
Luna Residences Team
