Thirty-ninth Construction Update
Welcome to our latest construction update!
Our rooftop is taking shape, and the building is now nearly 100% structurally complete! As we approach the final stages of structural work, our focus is shifting toward interior finishes. We are progressing from the ground level to level 5, with some apartments entering the final stages of finishing work. Window frames and glass are already being installed in several units.
It’s worth highlighting that instead of commonly used 6mm glass here, we are using 10mm glass for the bedroom and lounge windows. Ensuring excellent noise insulation has always been our priority, and the 10mm glass provides just that. Additionally, it offers increased strength and better thermal insulation, helping to keep the apartments cooler on those hot Playa days.

Did you know?
Popocatépetl is one of Mexico’s most famous volcanoes. It is an active stratovolcano that has erupted more than 15 times since the arrival of the Spanish in 1519. The name “Popocatépetl” comes from the Nahuatl language, meaning “Smoking Mountain,” and it stands at an impressive 5,426 meters (17,802 feet), making it the second-highest peak in Mexico.

As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the full moon in a few weeks.
With love,
Luna Residences Team
