Thirty-eighth Construction Update

Welcome to our latest construction update!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve reached two significant milestones! The high-voltage powerlines have been successfully placed underground—a task that required 10 months of close collaboration with the government and energy company. Additionally, the final slab of the building has been poured, and we must say, the views from the rooftop are already breathtaking. On a clear day, you can even see all the way to Cozumel.

Did you know?

The Sierra Madre mountain range is actually composed of three distinct chains: the Sierra Madre Occidental, the Sierra Madre Oriental, and the Sierra Madre del Sur. These ranges stretch across Mexico, forming the backbone of the country’s geography. The Sierra Madre Occidental, in particular, is known for its dramatic landscapes, deep canyons, and diverse ecosystems, making it one of Mexico’s most important natural features. It also houses the Copper Canyon, a series of six canyons that are deeper and larger than the Grand Canyon in the United States.

As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the new moon in a few weeks.

With love,
Luna Residences Team
