Thirty-seventh Construction Update

Welcome to our latest construction update!

Over the past few weeks, we have received our transformer and completed all the preparations for high-voltage powerlines going underground. The municipality was initially scheduled to handle this task last week; however, this work will now be completed on Tuesday, August 6th. Additionally, we are set to pour the final slab for our rooftop in the coming week. This will be done in two phases: first, the rooftop pool area, followed by the wellness area and penthouse rooftop.

Did you know?

Mexico City hosted the 1968 Summer Olympics, making it the first time the Olympic Games were held in Latin America. This event was notable for its high-altitude location, which impacted athletic performances, especially in track and field events. The games also saw the introduction of the Fosbury Flop technique in the high jump by American athlete Dick Fosbury.

As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the full moon in a few weeks.

With love,
Luna Residences Team
