Thirty-sixth Construction Update

Welcome to our latest construction update!

We are pleased to report that Luna Residences successfully weathered its first hurricane without any issues. The storm has passed, and we are happy that everything stayed intact.
Over the past few weeks, we poured concrete for the remaining part of the front of the building on the 6th level and are now preparing to pour the last slab on the rooftop. In addition to our construction progress, we are receiving our electrical transformer ahead of schedule. We anticipate that the municipality will move high-voltage power lines underground next week.

Did you know?

El Árbol del Tule in Oaxaca, Mexico, is one of the oldest trees in the country. This Montezuma cypress is estimated to be between 1,200 and 3,000 years old and boasts the largest trunk diameter of any tree in the world, measuring around 42 meters (138 feet) in circumference.

As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the new moon in a few weeks.

With love,
Luna Residences Team
