Thirty-third Construction Update
Welcome to our latest construction update!
In the past two weeks, we’ve initiated the second phase of underground works for the high-voltage power lines. We’ve successfully completed pouring the concrete slab on level 6 and started the electrical and hydraulic installations there. Additionally, we’ve made progress on the front of the building, completing the slab pour for level 3. The pouring of the slab for level 4 is scheduled to occur shortly. On the interiors, tiling work for the bathrooms in the lower-level apartments has begun, and we are preparing to install window frames this week.
Did you know?
Mexico is the birthplace of the ancient Mesoamerican ballgame, known as “ulama.” This game, which dates back over 3,000 years, was played by pre-Columbian cultures like the Aztecs and the Maya. It involved teams trying to pass a rubber ball through stone rings using only their hips, and it held significant ritual importance, often associated with themes of life and death. Ulama is one of the oldest team sports in the world and is still played in some parts of Mexico today.
As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the full moon in a few weeks.
With love,
Luna Residences Team
