Thirty-second Construction Update

Welcome to our latest construction update!

Over the past few weeks, our team has dug 150 meters of sidewalks and installed underground tubes for the high-voltage power lines, completing the first stage. We have made advancements on the front of the building at level 2. After ensuring all safety measures with the high-voltage lines were in place, we successfully poured the remaining concrete slabs. The focus now shifts to erecting walls and preparing for the top slab-pouring on this level. Work continues across all levels to ensure every detail meets our standards of quality and design. We are also preparing for the top slab-pouring for level 6, which is scheduled for the upcoming week.

Did you know?

Mexico is the origin of the poinsettia plant, known locally as “Noche Buena.” The plant is native to Central America, particularly the regions of southern Mexico, where the Aztecs used it for decorative and medicinal purposes. The poinsettia became associated with Christmas in the 16th century in Mexico and was later introduced to the United States in the 1820s, gaining popularity as a holiday decoration.

As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the new moon in a few weeks.

With love,
Luna Residences Team
