Twenty-Ninth Construction Update

Welcome to our latest construction update, which was brought to you by the New Moon and Solar Eclipse. We hope you got a chance to witness either a partial or total solar eclipse today!

Our construction efforts have been focused on all levels of the project over the past few weeks, with each area seeing significant progress.
We have completed leveling all walls on the ground floor and mezzanine, where the lofts and co-working space are. Currently, we are tiling floors on those levels.
We have also finished leveling the walls on level one, where the studio residences are. We are currently focusing on preparing for the upcoming tiling work.
Levels three and four, housing our two-bedroom apartments, have also seen considerable advancement. On level two, efforts are underway to level the floors and walls in preparation for tiling. On level three, the focus has been removing all formwork and all reinforcements for level four.
Finally, on level four, we are preparing for the concrete pouring for the level five slab scheduled in the next few weeks.

Did you know?

The Volcano Rabbit, also known as the zacatuche, is a small rabbit species native to Mexico. It is found exclusively in the high-altitude regions of Mexican volcanoes, such as the Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl volcanoes. This unique rabbit species is well-adapted to its volcanic habitat, where it feeds on grass and other vegetation. The Volcano Rabbit is considered an endangered species due to habitat loss and fragmentation caused by human activities.

As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the full moon in a few weeks.

With love,
Luna Residences Team
