Twenty-Eighth Construction Update

Welcome to our latest construction update!

This latest update highlights our steady progress in the past two weeks. The coworking space walls have been flattened, and the lofts have been prepared for plunge pool installation. Plastering of walls continues across all levels. The installation of joists, vaults, and the reinforcement of the slab with mesh has been completed, and concrete slab pouring for level 4 has been done. Additionally, our floor tiles from Spain have arrived.

The Tren Maya, Mexico’s ambitious railway project, is now operational. This new rail service offers travelers an easy and seamless way to access the vibrant atmosphere of Playa del Carmen directly from the Cancun airport.
