Twenty-Seventh Construction Update
Welcome to our latest construction update!
This update brings continued progress across various aspects of the project. We’re moving forward with plastering walls in co-working, lofts, and studios. The staircase walls in the loft have been poured, shaping the vertical access within the space. On the second level, we’re continuing the installation of electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary outlets, laying the groundwork for essential utilities. The third level is seeing significant developments with casting load-bearing walls and columns, preparing for level 4 concrete slab pouring. This week, we received our elevator from Germany.
Over the next few weeks, we will work on level 4 slab pouring and start preparational works for the high-voltage power line removal.
Did you know?
The newly inaugurated Tulum International Airport, officially named after the Yucatan politician Felipe Carrillo Puerto, is conveniently located just 1.5 hours from Playa del Carmen. As international flights are expected to commence at the end of March 2024, travelers will soon have an alternative to Cancun Airport for easier access to the stunning beaches and vibrant city of Playa del Carmen.
As always, it’s been a pleasure to bring you this update, and we look forward to the next one on the full moon in a few weeks.
With love,
Luna Residences Team
