Twenty-Sixth Construction Update
Welcome to our latest construction update!
The casting of the 2nd level slab cover was completed to commence work on the 3rd level. Topographic tracing was conducted for the layout of walls on the 3rd level, along with the installation of outlets for electrical boxes, switches, and lighting fixtures on the below levels. Hydraulic and sanitary outlets were incorporated into the new casting area. Additionally, the plastering of walls and leveling of the mezzanine was carried out.

Mexico City is sinking at an alarming rate! Due to the city being built on a lakebed and the excessive groundwater extraction, some parts of the city are sinking up to 12 inches (30 cm) annually. This has caused various infrastructure challenges, including uneven roads and buildings and issues with the city’s drainage and sewage systems.
