Twenty-Fourth Construction Update

Welcome to our latest construction update and the second one of 2024!There have been several developments in the past few weeks.Over the last three months, a major focus has been our negotiations with the municipality regarding the high-voltage wires in front of level 2. We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve received preliminary approval to relocate these wires underground. This is a significant step in enhancing the safety of our construction crew and improving the aesthetics of our building upon completion. During the last week, we experienced a delay in receiving the construction materials needed to complete level 2. We’ve effectively resolved these issues this week and are taking proactive measures to expedite progress, including hiring additional workers.

Mexico is the origin of the world’s smallest dog breed, the Chihuahua. Named after the Mexican state of Chihuahua, these tiny dogs have a history that goes back to ancient times. They are believed to descend from the Techichi, a small canine companion of the Toltec civilization in Mexico. Despite their small size, Chihuahuas are known for their lively and loyal nature, making them beloved pets around the globe.
