Twelfth Construction Update
Welcome to the latest construction update of Luna Residences!
Today on the 1st of August, the full moon is a Supermoon. A Supermoon occurs when the moon is at its closest point to Earth’s orbit, making it appear larger and brighter in the night sky than a regular full moon. It’s a spectacular celestial event that adds an extra touch of magic to the night sky. If you don’t get a chance to see it today, you will see another one on the 30th of August, which will be the biggest and brightest Supermoon of 2023.
Over the past two weeks, our team has been hard at work preparing for the third concrete pouring stage. We encountered a minor challenge with the neighbor’s exposed foundation during this period. A small cavern was found, raising safety concerns.

Did you know?
Mexico is famous for its delicious and diverse street food offerings. One of the most popular street foods is “elote” or Mexican street corn. Elote is grilled or boiled corn on the cob slathered with mayonnaise, rolled in crumbled cotija cheese, sprinkled with chili powder, and served with a squeeze of lime. This savory and flavorful treat is a favorite among locals and visitors, providing a delightful explosion of tastes and textures. Whether enjoyed at a bustling street market or a beachside stall, elote is a must-try culinary delight that captures the essence of Mexican street culture and cuisine.

We’re grateful for your continued support. Stay tuned for more exciting updates and news during the next new moon. Until then, enjoy the beauty of the supermoon!
With love,
Luna Residences Team
