Eighth Construction Update

As the full moon graces the sky, we are thrilled to bring you the latest construction update for Luna Residences. Just as the full moon illuminates the night, our project continues to shine with progress and excitement.

Let’s delve into the construction updates that have taken place since our last communication.

We are thrilled to announce that we have completed the first phase of concrete pouring for the foundation on the back of the property. Eleven cement trucks were utilized to carry out this vital milestone successfully. Before that, we carefully inserted electric deltas for the ground lines and installed pipes for the sanitary and rainwater systems.

After completing the first concrete phase, we shifted our focus to the front part of the property. We will assemble the steel structures and prepare for the second concrete pouring stage. Simultaneously, we have commenced preparing the back wall construction and columns.
Additionally, we are tackling cutting excess rocks from the nearby property. This meticulous process is being carried out by hand, as heavy machinery cannot reach the area.

Did you know?

Mexico is home to one of the world’s most extensive underwater cave systems. Sistema Sac Actun stretches over 347 kilometers (216 miles) and is a paradise for explorers and diving enthusiasts. This remarkable natural wonder showcases Mexico’s subterranean world’s breathtaking beauty and geological diversity.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation for your continued support. Rest assured; we will be back with more exciting updates and news during the next new moon. Until then, may this new lunar cycle fill your days with inspiration!

With love,
Luna Residences Team
