With each passing milestone, Luna Residences becomes more than just a construction project; it evolves into a living embodiment of our vision and passion.

Now, let’s dive into the updates and exciting fundraising event that is taking place for our community.

We’re thrilled to inform you that the rebar assembly for the first stage of concrete pouring is now completed! The concrete pouring will occur in multiple phases over the next few weeks. In addition to the progress on the foundation, we recently drilled a well on the premises to manage excess rainwater. This will ensure proper drainage and help us maintain a safe and dry construction site even during heavy rainfall.

Now, let’s talk about something close to our hearts – giving back to the community and positively impacting beyond our construction project. We’re delighted to announce that we will launch a special fundraising campaign today. Our goal is to support local animal shelters in Playa del Carmen by collecting food, toys, and other essential supplies for our furry friends in need.

Mexico is famous for its rich and diverse cuisine. One iconic Mexican dish is Chiles en Nogada, which originated in the 19th century. It consists of roasted poblano peppers stuffed with meat, fruits, and spices, topped with a creamy walnut sauce and garnished with pomegranate seeds. This colorful and flavorful dish is traditionally served during the Mexican Independence Day celebrations in September.
