Fifth Construction Update

We’re excited to bring you the latest construction update for Luna Residences on this incredible day of the New Moon paired with a Solar Eclipse. This lunar phase is about grounding, stability, and building a solid foundation for the future – a fitting theme for our ongoing construction progress.

As always, we have some great news to share with you. All the steel required for the footings has arrived at the site. The steel will be used to reinforce the concrete footings, ensuring that the building has a solid foundation to stand on for years to come.

Additionally, we have performed another round of topography checks to ensure everything is in place before pouring concrete for the foundation.
Speaking of concrete, we’ve poured cement into the print we created to receive rebars for the footings and beams. It is an essential step in the construction process, as it ensures that rebars are securely anchored into the concrete, providing additional support to the structure.
We’ve also been working diligently to carefully remove the last rocks from the neighbouring sides’ walls to avoid damaging adjacent properties. This work has been done by hand, requiring precision and attention to detail. We certainly feel like archeologists! Who knows what treasures we might uncover while carefully removing those last few rocks?

Did you know?

The monarch butterfly migrates to Mexico annually, covering up to 3,000 miles (4,828 km) from Canada and the United States. These beautiful creatures arrive in Mexico in November and stay until March, making it one of the most significant natural spectacles in the world.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to sharing more updates with you on the next full moon!

Much love,
Luna Residences Team
