Fourth Construction Update

We hope this update finds you well under the full moon’s light. Today’s full moon is known as the Pink Moon. This name comes from the pink wildflowers that bloom in North America during this time of year. The Pink Moon is a potent time for growth, manifestation, and finding balance in our lives and relationships.

As always, we’re excited to share the latest progress on Luna Residences with you.

Our team has been working tirelessly to bring this project to life, and we’re excited to report that the excavation process is 98% complete! We’ve dug 3 metres underground and removed over 550 cubic meters of rocks and soil – nearly 80 trucks – to prepare the ground for the installation of rebars. These rebars will provide additional reinforcement to the foundation of the building, ensuring its stability and longevity.

Did you know?

Mexico is home to the world’s smallest volcano, Cuexcomate. It stands at just 43 feet (13 meters) tall and last erupted in 1664. Despite its small size, it’s a popular tourist attraction, and visitors can even climb to the top for a closer look at the crater.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to sharing more updates with you soon.

Warmest wishes,

Luna Residences Team
