Third Construction Update

We are back with our exciting construction update! Today, March 21st, marks the New Moon in Aires, a powerful lunar phase representing a time of assertiveness, confidence, and action.

We are pleased to inform you that we have made significant progress with the excavation works. We have successfully removed 380 cubic meters of rocks and soil from the site to date. This is equivalent to 54 trucks!

On our offsite construction premises, we’re preparing reinforcement bars, commonly known as rebars. Rebars are steel bars used to reinforce the concrete foundation and structures of buildings, making them more durable and able to withstand external forces such as earthquakes or heavy winds. Our team is carefully cutting, bending, and shaping the rebars to the exact specifications required for the foundation. We take great care in preparing every aspect of the building process, and the foundation is no exception. We want to ensure the foundation is strong and secure, providing a solid base for the rest of the structure.

Also, we were lucky enough to have a few of the owners here at the same time and had the pleasure of having dinner together the other week.
It was a fantastic evening filled with laughter, great food, and inspiring conversations. We hope to have more gatherings like this in the future, as we believe that building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community is just as important as the physical construction of the building.

Did you know?

Mexico is home to the largest pyramid in the world, the Great Pyramid of Cholula. Located in the state of Puebla, the pyramid measures over 400 feet (121.92 meters) wide and 177 feet (53.95 meters) tall.

As always, we will keep you updated on our progress, and the next update will be on the New Moon.

Warmest wishes,

Luna Residences Team
