First Construction Update

We are thrilled to welcome you to the first construction update for Luna Residences! This project is an exciting venture, and we are so pleased to have you with us on this journey.

On February 1st, 2023, we had the pleasure of hosting a special opening ceremony for Luna Residences. It was an intimate gathering of our team, family, friends, and buyers who have been instrumental in making this project a reality. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to share our vision and enthusiasm for Luna Residences with those who have supported us every step of the way. We were overjoyed to have the chance to celebrate this milestone with such amazing people.

Construction officially began on February 2nd, 2023, and our team has been hard at work preparing the site for construction. On this New Moon in Pisces on February 20th, which symbolizes new beginnings and fresh starts, we wanted to take a moment to share with you the exciting progress that has been made so far.

We are pleased to report that the pilings installation process is in progress, and we have completed the drilling of 4 out of 10 holes that go 8m under the ground. For those unfamiliar with pilings, they are long, cylindrical structures that are made of concrete and steel and are driven into the ground to provide support for the building. The pilings at Luna Residences will transfer the weight of the building to the underlying strata of the soil and rock, which will help to prevent settling and shifting and protect the building from potential damage during natural disasters such as earthquakes and hurricanes.

Once the pilings process has been completed, we will move on to the next construction phase, ground excavation. This process involves removing the soil from the building site to create a foundation for the building.

We understand that you are eager to know what’s happening with the construction of Luna Residences, and we are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. That’s why we will provide you with regular updates on every new and full moon and any other important updates that may arise. You can expect to receive these updates via email and keep up to date by following us on social media.

We are also excited to announce that we have officially sold 11 of 16 apartments in our pre-construction phase, with most buyers being our friends and family. This is a testament to people’s trust and confidence in our team and our vision for Luna Residences. Five apartments are still available for sale, including four two-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom dual-level penthouse. If you know of any friends or family interested in joining our community, we would be grateful if you could refer them to us.
